Nitecore UMS2 Intelligent QC Dual-Slot Quick Battery Charger for Li-Ion/IMR/LiFePO4/Ni-MH/Ni-Cd Batteries

The newly launched NITECORE UMS2 is an intelligent USB dual-slot superb charger with a QC input available, offering a total max output of 4,000 mA and a single slot max output of 3,000 mA. This charger is capable of simultaneously charging two batteries and controlling each slot independently. It can fully charge an 80% 3,500mAh battery in just 55 minutes.

Equipped with an LCD display, the UMS2 provides real-time charging information, including Battery Health (Good or Poor), Internal Resistance, Charging Current, Battery Voltage, Charged Volume, and Charging Time. The charger features automatic detection of battery power level, automatic selection of the appropriate voltage and charging mode (CC, CV, and -dV/dt), and the ability to manually set charging parameters to meet various needs.

Designed with a Micro USB port, the UMS2 is compatible with various mobile power sources, solar panels, and USB adaptors, ensuring a continuous power supply. The charger incorporates an optimized IMR battery charging program that monitors the entire charging process, ensuring the cut-off voltage is always within safe limits to extend the lifespan of the batteries. It supports 3.6V/3.7V Li-ion, 3.8V Li-ion, 1.2V Ni-MH/Ni-Cd, and 3.2V LiFePO4 rechargeable batteries.

Multiple safeguards are in place to ensure the safe charging process, including automatic battery internal resistance detection, anti-short circuiting and reverse polarity protection, overtime charging protection, over-discharged Li-ion battery activation, and over-discharged IMR battery restoration. The charger is constructed from durable and fire-retardant PC materials, and its built-in temperature regulation system is designed to prevent overheating and ensure the stability of the charging process.
